Sgt Larry Eugene Boese

Services to be held 05 August 2006 (Saturday) - Wichita, KS

FINAL ITINERARY 

The Boese family has requested and invited the Kansas American Legion Riders & Patriot Guard to be guests at funeral services for Larry Eugene Boese

United States Army Sgt. Larry Eugene "Chicken Bones" Boese, died of Agent Orange-related cancer, a Vietnam war-related casualty, on July 28, 2006.

He was born on December 4, 1946, and resided in Douglass the past 11 years.  Larry served as a US Army infantry rifleman in Vietnam in 1968 and was a combat-wounded Purple Heart recipient.  He was a life member of the Kansas Bass Masters Association and an enthusiastic Harley Davidson rider.  He belonged to the motorcycle groups H.O.G. and A.B.A.T.E. He retired from Boeing-Wichita after 23 years of employment, and enjoyed his time on his farm in Douglass. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Dept. of Kansas, VFW, PO Box 1008, Topeka, KS 66601-1008. 
A memorial service will be held in Watson's Garden Chapel, Saturday, August 5 at 2:00PM. An online guest book is available at www.watsonfuneral.com

1400 hr. (02:00PM)  05 August 2006  Funeral Services at Watson Funeral Home, 3201 South Webb, Wichita, KS.

After church services Patriot Guard will escort family to cemetery.

1315 hr.  Arrival: Watson Funeral Home, Wichita, KS

Patriot Guard should be lined up at funeral home by 1330 hr.
