To the members of the KS
            Patriot Guard,

I wish to extend my most sincere gratitude for the heart felt
compassion you people must have and what this organization stands
for. Its truly rare these days to see people stand up for what's
right and just. You should be commended on what you are doing for
our fallen heroes. It speaks volumes for your organization and the
good character your members display every time they show up at a
funeral. I'm currently stationed in Baghdad, Iraq with the 130th
Field Artillery Brigade from Topeka, KS. I will be back this summer
and will begin attending funerals then, in support of the soldiers
and their families. They deserve that if their family member has
given their life in the name of "FREEDOM". Because "Freedom isn't
free" it comes with a very high price and fortunately some of us are
willing to pay for it if necessary. MSG Bernie Deghand & LTC Ron
Rousser were friends of mine and members of my old unit 127th FA.
Thank you for attending their funerals and for displaying pictures
on your website. I was unable to go home for Bernie's funeral and
the pictures on your website are beautiful. They really helped me
deal with Bernie's passing, I want to thank you for that.

            Sincerely,
            CPL Chas Foltz
