Just to let everybody know. During our St Patrick's Day Poker Run we
had a rider go down on the last leg. Wally Gibson lost control of his
bike north of Caney Kansas while enroute to Independence. I talked to
his cousin, Jeremy Robertson this morning and he stated that Wally is
in St. Johns hospital in Joplin, MO. He sustained broken bones in his
face, some bleeding in the brain and lots of road rash. Wally doesn't
remember the accident but said that he remembered what caused it. He
stated that a 4 wheeler suddenly slowed in front of 2 bikes that were
in front of Wally. When the 2 bikes slowed, Wally locked his rear
brake up and lost control.
Post 139 ALR sends Wally wishes for a speedy recovery and our prayers
are with the family.
