US Army SGT Milton A. Gist, Jr.

MEMORIAL SERVICE
SATURDAY, 24 FEB 07, 1000 HRS.
TOPEKA, KS
 
The Patriot Guard Riders, Kansas Patriot Guard, and American Legion Riders are requested to attend, honor, and protect the memory of US Army SGT Milton A. Gist, Jr., killed in action in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
 
Sgt. Gist was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 77th Armor Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Schweinfurt, Germany . SGT Gist died Jan. 30 at Ramadi, Iraq, of wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle during combat operations. SGT Gist was honored with a military funeral and Patriot Guard Riders Mission in St. Louis, MO on 10 Feb 07.
