Kansas American Legion Riders and Patriot Guard Graveside funeral for:
Korean and Vietnam War Veteran Gerald Earl Haase
DOD 21 January 2007 72 years old

Mr. Haase served 8 years in the United States Air Force and 8 years in the US Army.
Gerald fought in the Korean War and Vietnam War. His distinguish service is why United States of America is still the land of the free. He was a great man and a American Hero.
The Kansas American Legion Riders and Patriot Guard extend our sincere sympathy for your loss, and our prayers are with the Haase family. God Bless Gerald, his family and his friends.

Graveside services at Benton Cemetery

Ride Captain: Gary Loyd member of ALR Post 2 Newton, KS

If weather permits ride Iron Horses, bring Flags and Flag poles for Honor Guard The 10 foot poles with the American Flags will be available to hold at graveside in memory of Mr. Gerald Haase's military service.

Pre-Staging Area: 0830 hr (8:30AM) AL Post 2 Newton, KS. there will be a flag to sign
Departure: AIS 0915 Hr (9:15AM)

Staging Area: 0945 hr (9:45AM) Benton Antique Mall located on Hyw 254
east of Andover Rd. approx. 1 mile
Briefing: 1000 hr (10AM) by Ride Captain Gary Loyd who will
provide directions
to cemetery. Sign flag
Departure: 1030 hr (10:30AM) to Benton Cemetery for Graveside
services.

The Haase Family has invited all to the Benton Community Center for a light lunch.
