Justice Harold S Herd Passed away Monday, April 23, 2007 at the Comanche County Hospital in Coldwater, KS. Justice Herd was a WWII Naval officer in the Pacific theater. He was appointed to the Kansas Supreme Court in 1979 and served until 1993. Justice Herd was instrumental in having Fred Phelps disbarred. The Phelps clan plans to be there so we have a job to do.
