Thank you to everyone who attended the mission to honor CPL David Gogian and Officer Jeff Atherly in Topeka, KS. Everyone did an outstanding job. We thank all Patriot Guard members for your continued commitment and dedication to stand guard for our Fallen Heroes. CPL Gogian's and Officer Atherly's families and friends, and all law enforcement officers extend their appreciation and thanks to everyone who were present, as well as to those who could not participate but offered their prayers. Approximately 500 police officers from Kansas and adjoining states escorted their Fallen Brothers to their final resting places, where both received full honors and final call.

Topeka Police Officers Corporal David Gogian and Officer Jeff Atherly were killed in the line of duty on 16 December 2012. The Patriot Guard has been invited to attend the funeral services of both of these Fallen Heroes on Saturday, 22 December 2012 at the Kansas Expocentre. We will provide a flag line for both services.

The Patriot Guard extends our sincere condolences to the Gogian and Atherly families.
